This is to inform you  that at Mect S.r.l, as data controller with legal seat  in  Alpignano (TO) Via E.Fermi n.57/59, VAT number and  Tax Code 04056380019, the processing of your data, acquired by filling in the appropriate form on the website and  with your legitimate consent to their use, is carried out in full compliance with European Regulation  679/2016, with the following purposes:

• Sending of commercial communications/newsletter from Mect s.r.l

Processing for the above mentioned purpose may only be carried out following the acquisition of consent on the basis of the combined provisions of Articles. 6 and 13 of Regulation 679/2016. The data subject  has the right to exercise the rights provided for in Chapter III of European Regulation 679/2016, in particular:  (i) to access personal data, (ii)  to ask for their rectification or (iii) their cancellation or (iv) the limitation of their  processing (v) to oppose their processing (vi) to obtain portability of the data. It also has the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing or the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
