On our Mect Srl Youtube channel there are several free tutorials to facilitate the use and configuration of Mect devices.

Customized Courses

The service includes 4 consecutive hours, to be carried out via conference call with a shared PC, with a dedicated technician.

During the course, general information on the Mect Suite system and its structure will be given.

In order to optimize the time dedicated to training, it is recommended to watch the video tutorials available on the Youtube channel before the course.

RMA - Authorized Material Return

  1. Download the RMA form from the website:
  2. Contact the MECT srl offices to obtain the RMA number at the email address rma@mect.it or at the number +39 011 966 46 16.
  3. Fill out the form in its entirety, including the RMA number provided by MECT srl.
  4. Place a label with the RMA number on the outside of the package, in a visible position.
  5. The completed RMA form must be delivered to MECT srl via email and/or attached to the product to be repaired inside the box.

Application Development

Dedicated and personalized service.

Three different scenarios can occur for the development of the application:

We develop it – We develop it together – Initial support and then manage it independently

We develop it – for the Customer who relies completely: the best professionals for hardware, software and firmware design of the system and user interface work in a team to develop the application for the Customer. From the specifications document, received in full from the Customer or written with the Customer or entirely drafted by Mect with the Customer's approval, a dedicated quote is formulated. Sources released at the end of the work free of charge. SINGLE contact person.

We develop it together – for the Customer who wants to deepen his knowledge and be supported during development: private sessions agreed upon, in person or remotely, for the development of the application directly with a specialized technician who is completely at the Customer's disposal. Packages of 5 or 10 hours, even non-consecutive. Sources released at the end of the work free of charge. SINGLE contact person.

Initial support to then manage independently – for the Client who needs an initial sprint: private session of n° 1 hour free, remotely, to set up the project with a dedicated specialized technician.
