TPLC050 Modular PLC
Based on an ARM9 architecture, the PLC model TPLC050 features a modular and flexible structure.
The PLC model TPLC050 is expandable with MPNC family modules, including. MPNC020, MPNC030 e MPNC035. The different combinations of analog-digital I/O communicate with each other via internal real-time bus on DIN rail.
VNC functionality provides access to a "Virtual HMI" for displaying customized synoptics without the need for an operator terminal/panel.
The service of Remote Connection and Monitoring sMily, which is indispensable for Industry 4.0, for remote control of the device from anywhere, at any time.
Description
There are digital inputs/outputs and analog inputs on the PLC model TPLC050, namely: 8 PNP digital inputs/outputs (configurable via software) and 2 analog inputs.
PLC model TPLC050 is equipped with Modbus RTU protocols on RS485 interface, Modbus TCP and TCPRTU protocols on Ethernet interface.
USB port is used as a host for datalogging and software updating.
SOFTWARE
To configure your PLC model TPLC050, a software package called "MECT SUITE" which contains software for configuring the system and creating the PLC application and if desired, the graphical HMI application:
Qt Creator:
- Graphic generation of the HMI application (page graphics);
- Generation and definition of system variables;
- Configuration of communication parameters;
- Preliminary settings of the Operator Panel;
- Easy entry of elements associated with PLC variables;
- Pre-packaged pages for recording/logging;
- Ability, if necessary, to use Qt/C++ code;
- Complete debugging of the HMI application.
ATCMControl:
- Generation of PLC application (in the 5 languages conforming to IEC 61131-3 standard);
- In addition to a variety of libraries, those of PID and self-tuning are available;
- Complete debugging of the PLC application.
Thousands of retentive variables are available on the PLC model TPLC050 (the value is retained during plc shutdown).
